We collect data only when you enter it yourself into one of the two forms on this site. We do not collect data in the background, we do not track you across the web, and we do not buy data from third parties.

Diagnostic form

• your hotel's capacity (selected range and, optionally, exact room count)
• percentage of hotel guests who use the spa
• average spend per spa guest (selected range)
• average appointment-slot occupancy
• your professional email address
• the language you used, plus date and time of submission

Inquiry form

• name

We do not collect special categories of data (health, religious or political views, and similar). Please do not enter such data in the message field.

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare possible business cooperation — basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
• To analyse your diagnostic answers and prepare an assessment for your property — basis: your consent, given by submitting the questionnaire.
• To keep a record of business correspondence — basis: our legitimate interest in retaining a record of contacts and proposals.

We do not use your data to send marketing material, and we do not add you to mailing lists without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We use the following service providers, who process data solely on our instructions:

• Supabase — database storing submitted forms (European Union, Ireland)
• Resend — sending us a notification when a form is submitted (processed in the EU; company registered in the USA)
• Cal.com — scheduling a discovery call, if you choose to book one (USA)
• Lovable — website hosting
• Google Workspace — our business email (EU / USA)

Where data is transferred outside the European Union, the transfer is made on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another appropriate safeguard. We may disclose data to a competent authority where we are legally required to do so.

We keep data from both forms for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. If our communication results in a contractual relationship, data relating to that relationship is kept for as long as accounting and tax legislation requires. You may request earlier deletion.

In relation to your data, you have the right to:

• request access — to be told what data we hold about you and to receive a copy
• request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
• request erasure of your data
• request restriction of processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• request portability — to receive your data in a common electronic format
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro. If you are located in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels, and no behavioural tracking. We use only technical browser storage (sessionStorage), solely to remember which package you were viewing while you complete a form. That value stays on your device, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close your browser.

Database access is configured so that data can only be written through the form and cannot be read from the public side of the site. Communication between your browser and the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Only the person running Revenue Ritual has access to the data.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling. Diagnostic answers are read and interpreted by a person.

This site is intended for business communication and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

If the way we process data changes, we will update this document and change the date at the top. Material changes will be clearly indicated.
